TMI8118/8118S are DC motor driver IC designed for lower than 7V input voltage applications.It integrates single channel H-bridge with 4 low RDS(ON)MOSFETs,and it can drive DC motor to operate in forward,reverse,coast and break four conditions.

TMI8118/8118S has integrated over temperature protection function.The internal circuits could turn off 4 MOSFETs when device junction temperature is too high.The function protection the device from operating in abnormal condition.

TMI8118Sadopts SOP8 package and TMI8118 is SOT23-6 package.TMI8118S and TMI8118 are RoHS compliant and Pb-free.
