TMI8208 is DC motor driver IC designed for lower than 7V input voltage applications. It integrates single channel H-bridge with 4 low RDS(ON) MOSFETs, and it can drive DC motor to operate in forward, reverse, coast and break four conditions.

TMI8208 integrates over temperature protection function. The internal circuits could turn off 4 MOSFETs when device junction temperature is too high. The function protection the device from operating in abnormal condition.

TMI8208 adopts SOP8 package and it is RoHS compliant and Pb-free.
