  • TMI8118/8118S are DC motor driver IC designed for lower than 7V input voltage applications. It integrates single channel H-bridge with 4 low RDS(ON) MOSFETs, and it can drive DC motor to operate in forward, reverse, coast and break four conditions.

  • TMI8118/8118S has integrated over temperature protection function. The internal circuits could turn off 4 MOSFETs when device junction temperature is too high. The function protection the device from operating in abnormal condition.

  • TMI8118S adopts SOP8 package and TMI8118 is SOT23-6 package. TMI8118S and TMI8118 are RoHS compliant and Pb-free.
