  • The TMI8920 device is the dual channels 1/4 motor driver for valve equipment, appliances, industrial equipment, and other small machines. Two logic inputs control the independent N-channel MOSFETs that can control two separately directional motors or normal motors rotating in one direction. The inputs can be pulse width modulated (PWM) to control motor speed. Setting both inputs slow enter a low-power sleep mode.
  • The device is fully protected from faults and short circuits, including UVLO，OCP, and TSD. The TMI8920 requires a minimum number of readily available standard external components and is available in ROHS compliant package, SOT23-6 for TMI8920 and DFN2x2-6 for TMI8920D.
